On February 15th come see the Cabrillo Chamber Orchestra perform 'An American Experience', a showcase of six of America's most brilliant composers: Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber, Kent Kennan, Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin, and Mark O'Connor. CCO's guest conductor will be Alyze Dreiling, founder, director and conductor for the YPO Soloists Ensemble.
The concert will begin at 8:00pm in Crill Hall on the PLNU campus. This beautiful and intimate 378 seat hall is the perfect venue to enjoy Southern California’s premier chamber orchestra.

Appalachian Spring by Aaron Copland
Regarded as the 'Dean of American Music', Aaron Copland debuted this ballet opus in 1944 with Martha Graham's ballet company and is one of the iconic works of the 20th century. The original score for 13 instruments will be performed at the show.
Night Soliloquy by Kent Kennan
Kent Kennan's haunting Night Soliloquy, written in 1936 and set for solo flute, piano and strings will feature CCO's own Lori Bell.
