Efren Nunez, a South Dade Native, holds a degree in Public Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California. Nunez has over 15 years of planning experience working in both large and small municipalities on the east and west coast of the United States. He enjoys traveling, the arts and nature. He's an advocate for the preservation of our cultural resources, open space and the arts.
David Pharo came to Miami Dade County two weeks after Homestead was ravaged by Hurricane Andrew in August of 1992 as part of a federal relief cleanup team from the Mid Atlantic area. Shortly after he became a resident of Miami Dade County and has resided in Homestead, FL area for nearly 29 years. He is married for nearly 21 years and the father of two children He enjoys the solitude, charm and character of Homestead Redlands and Florida Keys area. He enjoys fishing nearby waters and has worked arduously his entire life to retire and preserve his life long family dream of remaining in place at his first and only neighborhood home. He is passionate about preserving our way of life, our home, our neighborhood, our everything as we know it. He has resided in our neighborhood for nearly 21 years.

Melana Davison moved to South Dade from California to start the family orchid business. Ms. Davison has been residing in the South Dade Park neighborhood with her family for over of 10 years. Melana enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
